why cant i downgrade my account from business to personal ?

ok guys, i want to simply downgrade from business to personal as i no longer have my business.

i have messaged PayPal, followed the instructions sent to me, but from step 3 it starts to go wrong.

i click help and contact at the bottom of the page

once clicked there is no "email us"

there is no "manage my account"

there is no "change account type" 

no matter how long i search i cannot find the correct procedure

help ?

i am in the uk if this matters

this is what PayPal have sent and it is wrong.

Want to downgrade your account? Not a problem. Just follow the steps below:

1. Go to www.paypal.com/uk and log in to your account.
2. Click Help near the bottom of any page.
3. Select Email us.
4. Choose ‘Managing My Account’ in the Topic box, then select ‘Change account type’ in the Subtopic box and lastly select 'Downgrade my account' from the drop-down box.
5. In the Message field please write that you would like to downgrade your account and the reason why. Then, click Submit.
6. We'll review your request and email you back within 24-72 hours.
