Either "Cable, Satellite and Other Pay Television/Radio/Streaming Services" or "Bands, Orchestras, and Miscellaneous Entertainers". Those are the two closest from the list. You'd fall under 'Streaming Services' or 'Miscellaneous Entertainers'.
For 'business type', just above "What kinds of products or services do you sell?" field, select 'Individual'.
