hey my name is nilson, ive been having struggles with something of identification from paypal to verify who am i but ask for ssn and im not from usa and sometimes hold my money this didnt happens before it startes when i send money to someone now i cant request money becuase i fear that money i won't be able to redeem to my bank account like happened to my friens he couldn't takeaway his 7k dollars of that account without verification now is been years and that money is just sitting there but how do i do to skip that i proved my original document from where i am but social security i don't have one and if i provide itin it won't take says it couldnt verify
