Is it possible to verify a paypal account with just the bank number instead of a card number, if so how? I have tried 20 times, my bank number is linked but my account is still not verified. Any help?
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
