I have linked a bank account and verified everything I believe needs to be verified, and yet my account is listed as unverified? I am not sure what's going on and some people are trying to send me money but can't.
As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help at the moment (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
