verification without credit or debit cards

hi,morning. well im new to paypal and i dont use credit or debit cards.i only use mobile transfer,MPESA, to be specific. how do i get my account verified?

The requirements to become verified vary from country to country. Here's a Help Center article that will help you get verified in Kenya.
