verification-failed email when login

Hi, 

I have a problem when i login, and I try to reset my password but it show that verification-failed, Sorry, we couldn’t confirm it’s you.

it look like my account has been blocked.

please help me how to unblock it ?

Hey Jonk 

I am having the same issue and i had to create  a new account just to be able to post about my account customer support ask me to call but the phones lines are closed due to COVID security measurement so what should i do
