When I added my phone number to my account it prompted me to verify the number. I sent the code to my phone multiple times and I sill haven't received it. What could be the cause of this??

Hi there,
I'm sorry that you're not getting the text message code. There are a variety of reasons this could happen. Is the phone registered in the same name as your PayPal account? That's the most common reason this can happen. Try texting BAL to 729725. If you don't get a response, you'll need to reach out to your phone provider.
