is there any place on the internet or paypal that REALLY explains each user permission? I don't mean regurgitate what there are certain page says. Thanks for that though.
for example, if you notice, nowhere on the Internet or on PayPal's website or in any of its pages is the "see balance, access money movement" user permission explained. (I'm going to use the word "pathetic" here. Surely, this is pathetic. ) ....Anyway, anyone?
