I can't upload the required document 

I've sent support more than once but without a result

Your catch could be (FULL) 

#1 clear your Catch

#2 Log back into email from where you use paypal

#3 log into Paypal again

#4 try the same steps

I hope it works your browser history or your phone internet catch is full.

for maybe best results? use a Computer & not the Paypal (APP) avoid that use something a little old fashion.

try it your way 1st if you like Phones & the App if not? go with PlanB & try it on a (COMPUTER)

oh!! I think you have to send the pictures of documents as (PDF)

are you sending it in that format? as (PDF)

I heard Paypal does not accept pictures if they are not a certain (FORMAT)

try that if you know how I kinda forget how to set that stuff up try that & it should work I Hope

I upload them two weeks ago and it appeared to me that it was uploaded successfully .. but I received an email to upload a new file instead of the previous but I can not as in screenshot
