unresolve issue on account limitation

my account is still limited even i resolve all given instruction the remaing task that has no check is the confirm card it says submitted but its already almost a year since i submit my confirm a card

i already went thru their facebookpage and ask assistance but they said they will be referring me to a specialist to resolve my issue. as of now i havent getting any reply from them.
