unauthorized account charging and closing

Hi. My old PP account has been charged twice and then closed on the same day and not by me.

The emails i have recieved from PP got mixed with other emails so i found out only 8 days later.

I cant access the closed account to open a dispute and report the matter to the help desk.

I opened a new account but the help desk only helps matters that concern that account.

what do i do now?
