unable to transfer from bank to paypal

hi

i have tried to send from my bank account to paypal using the paypal account and sort numbers as detailed in the help text.  i,m getting a bank message that the recipient could not accept the payment..my account is years old and fully set up.

any ideas anyone.  thanks.
