unable to get into my account

Paypal trying to verify my cellphone number and sent a code which I put in.   Didnt work and said going to call cellphone number.   I dont have service on my cellphone in my house unless I take a ride down the street.  This isnt possible as I am stuck at home with a broken foot.   They should send a code to my email address instead.

Well they don't send to an email, they send a text.

If you don't have service (like I don't either), then try wifi phoning?
