unable to add email address on my business account

I have one email address on my business account - my LLC email.   I need to add another one - my DBA business email to accept payments from my online store. When I try to add the email it says there is a problem and to call customer service if it continues. With the limited staff due to covid I am trying to avoid calling - if that's even possible -  I will be unable to receive any payments from items purchased until I can associate this email address with my business account. Does anyone know if this is a temporary issue or is there another reason? I've tried searching and google to no avail.
