unable to add edit or update my billing address

I have recently made some purchases and realize I need to update my new billing address with pay pal. I have gone to wallet put in the security code, but will only allow me to update the card, not change the address. Tried calling PP but they only open during business hours mon through fri. There has to be a simple solution but I have been at this for over and hour now and am now extremely frustrated.

Hopefully you updated billing address at your card account first? It won't let you change it in PayPal if it don't match the card.

I finally realized that you must not use autofill. You must type each letter in by hand. That solved it. Unfortunately they don't tell you that.
