two factor verification error

I have a two-factor verification set up and a problem appeared when I entered my account after I entered my code and recommended signing in again. This error is repeated over and over again. I tried to change the password, but the result was the same.

Hello @Pospa01,

 

Thanks for reaching out on our Community Forum. Do you only see that issue when you login through the mobile app? If so, I would recommend checking to see if you have the most updated version of the mobile app. If you do, our mobile app may not support 2-factor authentication in your area yet. Hope that shines a bit of light on the issue.

This problem is only with the one account. I've been using the latest version since the Google app version. This problem arose after several days of use.
