trying to verify bank. format is not coming up to input paypal deposits. the help is no help.

Trying to verify bank. bank is linked by not verified because format does not come up to input amount.  help does not help. messaging does not help. HELP. I can't even begin to use paypal til this is done. been trying to contact them , someone, for days.  HELP
