trying to add money into my account from bank

I have to problems...1 I cant transfer money from bank to my paypal it says it can't verify who i am even tho i have everything linked to account and then I tried to cash a check and it says the same thing i dont' understand why this is happening..... tod.please help

Does the name on your bank account exactly match the name on your paypal account.
