i need to confirm my identity to unlock my account, and it says i need to confirm and verify my residential address, but i don't pay any bills or taxes or have centrelink, and the only option that has my address on it is my bank statements, but it's my po box, not my residential address. can i still verify this even though it's not my residential address or do i have to get some sort of exemption from paypal to allow me to use my postal address instead?

Proof of identity
The following is a list of acceptable documents you may provide:
- Government issued ID, such as a driver's license or passport
- Employment authorization card
- Permanent resident card
Proof of address
These documents must be dated within the last 3 months to be considered acceptable:
- Current utility bill dated within the last 3 months
- Bank, credit card, or financial statement
- Cell phone bill
