I keep on getting this message despite the fact that I verified my account info, how do I stop getting this and make sure my account is fine?
(You’ve reached a usage milestone, as you’ve used your PayPal balance to send payments exceeding regulatory limit in a year. In compliance with the regulatory requirements, we need to confirm your identity as the account owner. To prevent any account limitations, please confirm your identity at dashboard.)
Thanks

Can you use your account with no issues since you've already verified your identity? If so, then ignore it, it'll go away eventually. If you have not verified your identity which is different from having a verified account, then you should do so.
Kudos & Solved are greatly appreciated. 🙂
