sms confirmation while linking to my bank account

so i was linking my bank account to my paypal account i entered the infos and all

for the security check paypal sends me an sms confirmation to my number , but i receive nothing , i tried over and over again but i receive nothing

does any of you have a solution for this ?

I'm getting the code but the pop-up box keeps flashing on and off, and there seems to be another box on top also flashing on and off, making it well nigh impossible to input the security number.....I've managed by quickly clicking on the security code box and inputting the numbers despite the flashing, which has worked.

@Paypal please look into this!!!

After all, you will be losing money because people are unable to complete their transactions :)))
