I recently sold an item on ebay for £466.00 Buyer paid into my paypal account. It was a piece of furniture so buyer collect. Paypal took £16.04 commission. Buyer changed her mind and asked for money back and reported to ebay that i had not sent item. Ebay took £466.00 out of my paypal account. I appealed as they were also charging me for a sale, they agreed that as there had not been a sale I should not be charged. However Paypal have not returned the £16.04.How do i get my money back?
