re-confirm identity and phonenumber has changed

i have a it of a problem - paypal is asking me to re-confirm my identity - which is fine.But i havent updated my phonenumber on my paypal account and no accses anymore to the old one..Help?

Thats the importance of keeping your contact info up to date on financial accounts.

Your best bet is to phone customer services and see if you can provide i.d. info another way?
