Can someone help me on this?
I was about to apply to the level up program on Facebook Gaming and when I tried to link my paypal account, it won't work and just that my paypal account is not verified. I have been using Paypal already for quite some time now.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
