How do I fix this problem? PayPal seems unavailable and I can't use my account at all

i dont have a phone cause i changed country for work. 

 

I will now live in Turkey, but you do not have support in this country, how will we solve this problem?

I don't mark it as solved, moderators do.

 

However Paypal is country specific so if you move countries you have to open another paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.

HOWEVER If  you are trying to use Paypal in Turkey then its not supported or available regardless of you using a U.K paypal account which would never work for you in Turkey.
So no you won't be able to access your account, their, now its SOLVED.
