My visa card on my paypal account expired a month ago. I went to my bank and got a new card so I could update the card that expired. When I enter the Wallet option and click on the card marked as expired in this "This card has expired.Update Card "and when I click update card and fill in all of the above I get this" We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later. "I tried a few times later again but always show me this above message so i can't update my card.Please help
