I entered the wrong password several times. After recovering the password via mail, the paypal service issued a message: Unfortunately, we could not confirm that it is really you.
Paypal account is registered in the country of Lithuania. Now I live in Belarus and I don't have the opportunity to call other countries.
How can I contact paypal support besides phone?
