A buy now button with Add drop-down menu with price/option is not work. When I click the button the page display this message, "Things don't appear to be working at the moment. Please try again later."

But A buy now button without Add drop-down menu with price/option is work for me.

How can I fix this?

Hi, I am having a slight problem with Paypal recently.

One of our customer kept facing this issue when trying to buy from our online shop. During Checkout after clicking onto Paypal button, error message says: “We’re sorry things don’t appear to be working at the moment. please try again later.”

When I test purchasing the exact same items, I am able to do the checkout. I have tried to google some solutions but I am not sure if any of it will work as I am not a developer.

Can you help?
