Every time I login, I receive this message. But I have already resolved the issue! I was asked to provide additional information, which I did. Now, when I click 'Resolve', it thanks me for providing the necessary details and says that my account has been returned to normal. But then I am still receiving the 'There seems to be a problem with your account' message??? WHY????
It seems to be stuck in an endless loop and it has for months. It's driving me insane.
