"There's a problem with your account", resolve account issue does nothing.

For a while now I've had a notification telling me that there is a problem with my account. It isn't telling me what the problem is, and if I click the button that says "resolve account issue" it does nothing. I tried calling customer service and got hung up on while on hold. Is there any way to try to fix this without having to call someone, or is there a better way to contact them?
