"Money is waiting for you, claim it" PayPal requires SSN

Hi, so PayPal isn't letting me access my funds and says I have to "claim it," but to do so I have to show photo ID, my address, and my SSN?! I'm just trying to access my money, not trying to immigrate to another country.

Is there any way to fix this? I'm not giving my social security number.

Sorry to disappoint but this is the reality of the internet/PayPal these days. PayPal is required to verify your identity to comply with federal and even IRS regulations. Submit documents or you can't withdraw/claim funds.
