"In-store purchases" blank (text missing, tested on other browsers/mobile)

Even the Smart Connect option has a blank icon. But its icon shows fine in "Online purchases." I talked to support and they don't seem to have a clue. What's the deal? Is my account broken? There's no limitation on it thats for sure, I'm in perfect standing with PayPal.

PayPal made some changes awhile back with in store purchases.

Hi, none of that explains this. I looked at my family's accounts and it's not blank for them. I even asked some of my friends. The only explanation is there is some weird glitch in my account, whatever that means. And starting over isn't an option. So I'm not sure what to do. It's not stopping me from using my PayPal, but i wish i could find a way to fix it.

PayPal released updates to their apps a few days ago. If you haven't yet, maybe updating or reinstalling the app will fix your issue.
