question about loading my paypal wallet with my visa

Hi,

How do I load my paypal account using my visa. I have already linked my card to my paypal account and tired to purchase online through paypall it does not want to work for me. Please help.

You can't add funds to a paypal account in Canada via a card, only via a linked and confirmed bank account (not debit card).

However if your card does not work then have you confirmed it as per link below AND does the billing address of the card match your paypal account address?
