I had a paypal account in the UK However i have now moved to Greece so my uk paypal account was closed ( as required under paypal rules ) and a new one set up in Greece using the same e mail address . However when i tried to add my bank card on this account it would not let me saying card is already linked to another account ...yet that account is closed , How can i get my card details on my new account
