problem in login to my account, support doesn't exist, i losted 3 days without results

i can't login to my account, i know password but i can't in two account business and personal. i also tried receive code on phone too many to reset password but i don't receive any thing in phone and finally paypal blocked my number
And the support doesn't exist like I'm on a deserted island
i'm messaged with them in email, twitter, facebook, other, without any seen

what will i do now, i losted 3 days for trying fix this problem without result
i am work eCommerce and i'm will losting my customers,

Click HELP on top menu, scroll down to click CONTACT US, and then scroll down to click CALL US and select the PAYPAL GUEST option since you are locked out of your account(s).
