I want to close my merchant account because the "business" is no longer existing. I cant close it and I don't know why?! I don't have any pending payments or chargebacks. Or at least I don't know about them, or its not mentioned nowhere. its very frustrating because I want to use it as my personal account but I just simply cant even downgraded it!!!! I already wrote many emails but nobody is given me normal answer what to do.
