Can't connect phone number to the account

I'm sorry to hear of the trouble linking a phone number to your account.

Are you receiving an error? If yes, what error? As a reminder, the phone number has to be a local number from the country the PayPal account is registered in. You will not have the option to link a phone number registered outside of the country the account is registered in.
