I have a problem in my account, where my phone number in the profile shows Egypt, While I put my Canadian number. so the code shows +20 instead of +1. this make a big problem for me as I can't receive any messages. I tried to change it from the setting but it always shows the same.
Also, I received today an email saying that I added a new email which is not correct and entered and didn't find any additional email added!!!. I don't know what I should do now.
Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country. You have an Egyptian paypal account and so can only add financial information etc from within that country.
