My husband is trying to get into his account. He received a payment from a photo purchase and he is trying to retrieve it. He forgot his password for a bit and now remembered it, but because of too many tries it wants to verify his identity. The problem is, the number on the account is an old disconnected land line. When he selects add another number it won't recognize it as his because our cell phones are under my employer's company name. How can he get into his account?
