Hello.I have a problem with my account: I receive the following message: "Some of your account info is missing. If we do not receive the info by Jan 30, 2019, you will not be able to send or withdraw your money." Your personal information / birth date appears to be incomplete.After I complete it and confirm it is not saved (date of birth: required). Whatever I try, this field is not saved and my account is in trouble. Thank you.
Seems to be an ongoing paypal glitch that lots of users are experiencing. Your only option is to phone customer services and see if they will add it manually for you.
