pending transactions and verifying account

I have a transaction that pending so i click to accept payment but paypal wants me to verify my bank account so I try that but get no option to chose what account to verify so i try my card and yet i still cant get my payment.  What do I need to do and please take pics so i have a visual of what to do.  Thank you.

Verifying a bank account is not verifying a debit card is it?

You need to add your bank account and then confirm it with the 4 digit code sent to your bank statement.
