Today, I discovered HSBC bank has been removed from my Paypal personal and Paypal business accounts. When I try to relink HSBC I get this:"PAYPAL - We're sorry. We're not able to process your request right now. Please try again later." Called HSBC - all is fine on their end. PAYPAL has CUT OFF HSBC.
