whenever i try to complete a purchase on ebay, i click where it says Paypal to choose that option for payment, a window pops up, with a loading circle, and it never goes any further. just a loading circle, forever. this has been happening for a couple days, has never happened before.
deleted cookies and cache. unlinked paypal account. tried from another pc.
