I have to sign up for Korean PayPal, but I have signed up for UK Paypal. I made a mistake. So I try to cancel my account, but I can't log in. Authentication required As part of the PSD2 Strong Customer Authentication regulation, we need additional information to confirm it's really you when you log in. I can't log in because the above message appears. So I don't know how.

Paypal is country specific so you have to open a paypal account in the country you reside in and add an address / phone number / bank accounts / cards from within that country.
