paypal keeps sending me emails that my computer isn't recognized.

why does Paypal not recognized my computer ?  I have used the same one for years on Paypal.

Now, every time I make a purchase with Paypal I get notified that "someone used my account on

a machine not recognized " What's going on with that ? Any ideas appreciated.  Thanks !
