paypal doesnt reply to my emails

my pay pal business account doesn't have a inbox, and I don't get answers to emails I sent.

Business accounts don't have message centres as paypal are supposedly meant to reply to them directly.

 

As that has not happened then............


Click on the words "Help / Contact" at the bottom of paypals pages and use the phone option in the blue band at the top OR very bottom of page dependent on what country you are in. Scroll down past the list of help questions and click on 'Call us' bottom of that page. Log in and get the code.

have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
You can send them a personal message from their facebook or twitter pages.

there is a message in my email "You need to take action on your PayPal Business account" when I click it there're 2 items to click, but I cant go forward, 2 links don't work, and paypal doesn't reply to my emails,
