When I enter my login and password, Paypal then tries to send me a code to my mobile to enter the account. These messages are not received even though the number is correct. The alternative to receive the phone call also does not work. I can access none of the paypal features because i must login first.
Any thoughts on how to resolve this issue and gain access to the account again,
