im having an issue that an paypal account is already made on my own email, that paypal account that attached to my email isn't mine, and when i try to rest the password to gain access to the account so i could delete it, i cant because the two-step verication phone number is not mine, but i can prove that the email attached is mine, and when i told paypal customer service they didn't find me any solutions
