Strangely, I never have an issue using the PayPal app on my phone, so I have started resorting to that for most PayPal business.
It clearly isn't my account that has the problem but some form of breakdown in communication between Macs and their servers. Different browsers all behave the same.
This has been happening to me all the time too. The only way to get passed it is to use my phone instead of my desktop. Or disconnect from my wireless and use my phone's data on my computer. Then it works?
We shouldn't have to jump through hoops like this for something so basic. C'mon paypal do something
